Find out if foods are causing you problems with this painless, finger-prick blood test. We look at IgG antibodies to identify which foods you’re reacting to and—unlike many other providers—you’ll also receive a tailored plan based on your results.
We’re more than just a test. You can feel confident knowing that our practitioners review both your results and your symptoms to create a practical, easy-to-understand report.
It’s important to avoid low-cost, unreliable tests that rely on hair samples. Healthpath uses immunoassay microarray technology to identify IgG antibodies in the blood, which has a much stronger accuracy.

Healthpath is great I finally feel like ive found somewhere with people that actually know what they are talking about and are able to answer most questions that you ask. They also give you a diet plan to work from im still swapping and changing things on it as different things can trigger symptoms but so far so good they have already done more for me in a couple of months than the doctors have in years. They have some lovely staff Well done team healthpath keep up the good work
Yes, we believe there is real value in food sensitivity testing if you know how to interpret the results. Rather than focusing on specific foods, it can be helpful to look at the overall picture presented by the results. If you find you’re sensitive to lots of foods, for example, it could mean that your gut health needs addressing. You may also wish to consider the Leaky Gut Test and the Gut Health Test. Feel free to get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like further guidance.
Not necessarily. If you find you have lots of foods in the ‘red’, it can be more helpful to focus on improving your gut health rather than subjecting yourself to extreme dietary restrictions. Your food intolerance test report will explain this in full detail. If you’d like to know more, feel free to get in touch with us at email@example.com
People who feel they’re reactive to lots of foods may find this test helpful. If can also be helpful for people who suspect they have food sensitivities but can’t seem to establish any pattern to their symptoms.

This test may be affected by immunosuppressant medications. However, you must not stop any medications in order to take this test. Please speak to your GP first.
You must follow your normal diet before taking the food intolerance test. However, if there’s a food that you’ve avoided for more than 3 months but which you would like tested (e.g. cow’s milk), reintroduce that food. Eat one portion of the food daily for a week before taking the test. For more information, see the test instructions.
Pregnant women should not take this test as their immune system is suppressed. It should be fine to take the test 4–6 weeks after giving birth.
Your results will be posted on your online account a maximum of 10 working days after you return your samples, though it’s often sooner.
