Information on order shipping, cancellations and returns
Shipping
We can send orders out to addresses within the UK only. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days and a dispatch confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Tests
Our Gut Health Tests, SIBO and Blood tests are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and our Adrenal and Food sensitivity (IgG) tests by Royal Mail First Class.
All other Healthpath Pro tests are dispatched from the relevant laboratory using either a courier service or Royal Mail, and should arrive within 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Test kits are dispatched as separate packages, so if your order includes two or more test kits, they may arrive on different days.
Supplements
We partner with multiple trusted suppliers to bring you the best products. As each supplier has unique shipping arrangements, shipping costs may vary depending on the supplier associated with your order.
If your order contains items from more than one supplier, items will be shipped in separate packages and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each supplier based on their respective rates and policies. This ensures accurate coverage of shipping fees.
The shopping basket will show the shipping costs for items you have added and the number or shipments for your order. Orders with multiple shipments may be delivered on different days. For any questions regarding shipping, please contact our Customer Services Team.
Free Shipping Policy
Some of our suppliers offer free shipping for their products on orders over £40. Please note that this free shipping threshold applies exclusively to items from those specific suppliers. If your order includes products from multiple suppliers, shipping costs may still apply for items that do not meet the free shipping criteria or come from other suppliers without this policy.
Free shipping eligibility will be calculated automatically during checkout, and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International orders
Please note that we are only able to ship orders to delivery addresses within the UK. Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and refunded. However, due to automated processes with our distributors, there may be a delay in identifying such orders. Whilst we endeavour to identify these before dispatch, this may occur when the order is returned to our supplier as undeliverable because the postage is insufficient for international delivery.
How to return tests or supplements
We understand that sometimes you might decide you no longer need a test or a supplement that you’ve ordered from us. Please note that to receive a refund, all orders need to be cancelled with us within 14 days from the date of your test kit or supplement purchase. Please see the below steps for further information.
Returning test kits
To return your test kit for a refund please ensure to follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days from the date of your test kit purchase to cancel your order and include the reason for your return request. Please note, to be eligible for a refund we need to have received notification of your wish to return within 14 days of your test kit purchase.
- Once you have notified us, please return your test kit to us, unused, to the relevant address below for a refund. This return must reach us within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Reply to us with a copy of your proof of postage, so we can ensure your refund is processed quickly and efficiently.
Our tests come from different suppliers, please pick the relevant address for your test.

Returning supplements
To return your supplements for a refund please follow the instructions below:
- Please contact our Customer Services Team to notify us of your wish to return your supplement for a refund and to find out which supplier your supplement is from. Please note that supplements must be unopened and untampered to be returned, and we must receive notification of your wish to refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Once you have notified us, we will provide the correct return address for your order. This return must reach us within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
- Once our supplier has confirmed receipt of the supplement, we will process your refund.
Packing and posting your returns
Please wrap your test kit or supplements up securely, and include a note with your name, address and order number so we know it’s from you.
We recommend you send your package using the signed for service from the Post Office, to make sure it gets to us safely, and ensure to obtain your proof of postage so you can send this to us.
You’ll get your refund within 10-15 working days.
Order Amendments and Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact our Customer Services Team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate order amendments or cancellations before dispatch, however we cannot guarantee this due to the automated processes we use to ensure quick and efficient order fulfillment.
Once your order is in the warehouse being prepared for shipment, it may no longer be possible to make changes or stop the process due to our automated systems designed for efficient order fulfillment.
Order amendments or cancellations will no longer be possible once an order has been dispatched.
