We've been there too (we really have!), we understand the struggle and how hard it is to find the answers you need.
You're not alone — Healthpath can give you the expert insight, support and guidance to get your health back on track.
In simple terms, it is the ecosystem of over 40 trillion microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and viruses that live in your body.
The majority of these mighty microbes live in your gut, where 70% of your immune system is located.
If you have a dysregulated microbiome, it can influence your immune system, mood, sleep, hormones, digestion, libido, overall feeling of wellness and even your brain!
Most gut test companies offer a less comprehensive test, and then leave you to interpret the results yourself.
But testing is complex and scientific — analysing test results properly and designing a plan that really improves your health needs expert knowledge.
Here at Healthpath, you can get all that and more.
We test for more biomarkers than anyone else, and make your test results easy to understand. Plus, our expertly-crafted, personalised health plans and packages help you finally feel your best.

Our gut does far more than digest our food. Amongst many other things, it plays a role in making our neurotransmitters, it influences our hormones and it’s also home to most of our immune system. What this means is that if something isn’t right in the gut, it can show up in a number of ways—headaches, skin conditions, joint pain and more. To look at it another way: there are very few conditions that can’t be helped by addressing the gut. If you recognise yourself in any of the symptoms listed above, it may be worth taking the test.
This test provides information that simply can’t be gathered from a questionnaire or consultation, which means it could prove insightful for anyone. It’s particularly helpful for those suffering from digestive complaints, skin conditions and autoimmune diseases, and any other symptoms listed above.
We certainly think so. At Healthpath, we value evidence and trust—and this applies to all our products. Unless something can genuinely help you, we have no interest in offering it. We understand it can seem strange to pay for health tests (especially in the UK), but we also think that your health is one of the most valuable investments you can make.
At the moment we only ship to UK addresses. If you have a special request, please feel free to get in touch.

You must not stop any medications in order to take this test. You should stop taking probiotics three days before taking the test, but other common supplements are unlikely to affect the results.
You must follow your normal diet a week before taking the test, as any dramatic changes in diet will lead to skewed results. You must also plan to take the test on Monday–Wednesday, as the samples can only be posted back to the lab on these days. For more information, you can download the test instructions here.
If you have any questions or issues with taking your sample according to the instructions provided, it is important you contact us before you send your sample to the lab.
Healthpath cannot guarantee to intercept your sample once it arrives at the lab and so it may still be processed.
Contact us on hello@healthpath.com.

Your results will be posted on your online account a maximum of two weeks after you return your samples.
