One cup of coconut milk
1/2 TSP cinnamon
1/2 TSP Tumeric
1/4 TSP Ashwaganda Powder
1/8 TSP Cardamom
Black Pepper

Directions:
Pour one cup of coconut milk into a saucepan and let it boil
Mix all ingredients into the boiling coconut milk
Whisk
Cook on a low heat for 5 minutes
Strain into a mug and add your honey and stir
