Relaxing Golden Milk

 

This golden elixir combines the anti-inflammatory power of turmeric and ginger with the calming properties of ashwagandha, creating a truly nourishing experience.

Ingredients:

One cup of coconut milk
1/2 TSP cinnamon
1/2 TSP Tumeric
1/4 TSP Ashwaganda Powder
1/8 TSP Cardamom
Black Pepper
Ginger Powder
1 TSP Honey

Directions:

  1. Pour one cup of coconut milk into a saucepan and let it boil

  2. Mix all ingredients into the boiling coconut milk

  3. Whisk

  4. Cook on a low heat for 5 minutes

  5. Strain into a mug and add your honey and stir

For extra taste – Add a pinch of cinnamon to the top of your drink
