Rainbow Buddha Bowl


Are you ready to put a spring in your step with a meal that’s as good for you as it is beautiful? Imagine a bowl so colourful, it practically vibrates with energy! That’s what this Rainbow Buddha Bowl is all about.


2 cups of Kale
1 TBSP of Olive Oil

1/4 Cup of Tahini
1 Lemon Juice
1 TSP of Turmeric Powder
Black Pepper

1 Cup of Cooked Quinoa
1/4 Cup Chopped Peppers
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Grated Carrots
5 Radishes
1 Beetroot
1/4 Cup of Sprouts
Black Sesame Seeds


  1. Add 2 cups of Kale to a bowl, olive oil and salt into a bowl and mix and leave marinate.

  2.  For the Tahini Dressing, get a bowl and mix the Tahini, lemon juice, tumeric powder and black pepper.

  3. After mixing, add some water to the mix

  4. Add the Kale to your main dish and add your cooked quinoa, chopped peppers, cherry tomatoes, grated carrots, radishes, beetroot, sprouts and black sesame seeds.

  5. Finish off the dish with the Tahini dressing on top
