Berry Avocado Smoothie

This powerhouse Berry Avocado Smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fibre, and healthy fats that’ll leave you feeling satisfied and nourished, all while helping you shake off that post-festive sluggishness and power through your morning. ⚡️

INGREDIENTS
250 mls Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Frozen Berries
1/2 Avocado
2 tbsps Collagen Powder (optional)
1/2 cup Baby Spinach
1/2 Banana

DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

NOTES
ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS
Serve in a bowl and top with shredded coconut, sliced banana or berries.
NO AVOCADO
Use almond butter instead.
