Apple Spice Cookies

Nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon make these delicious spiced cookies the perfect sweet treat for winter.

This recipe will make 15 servings and will keep up to 5 days in an airtight container.

  • 4 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Sea Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Raw Honey
  • 1 cup Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsps Avocado Oil
  • 2 Apple (peeled and diced)
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients except for the apple with a hand mixer.
  • While beating, slowly add the dry ingredients until everything is incorporated.
  • Add the diced apple and mix well. Scoop about 15 cookies (or smaller if you’d like, but baking time will be a little less) and bake for 15 minutes.
