Apple Spice Cookies
Nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon make these delicious spiced cookies the perfect sweet treat for winter.
This recipe will make 15 servings and will keep up to 5 days in an airtight container.
- 4 cups Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Sea Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Raw Honey
- 1 cup Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsps Avocado Oil
- 2 Apple (peeled and diced)
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
- In another bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients except for the apple with a hand mixer.
- While beating, slowly add the dry ingredients until everything is incorporated.
- Add the diced apple and mix well. Scoop about 15 cookies (or smaller if you’d like, but baking time will be a little less) and bake for 15 minutes.
