1 tsp Avocado Oil (divided)

1 head Cauliflower (shredded into rice)
1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
2 tbsps Coconut Aminos
2 stalks Green Onion (sliced)
1/2 Green Cabbage (thinly sliced)
