Salad Dressing

 

You know those store-bought dressings? They can be a hidden source of sugar, unhealthy fats, and who knows what other additives. This recipe is a breath of fresh air for your salads and your digestion.

Ingredients:

Avocado Oil 1/2 Cup
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup
Coconut nectar 1 TBSP
Salt
Close the lid and shake till combined

Directions:

  1. Add 1/2 Cup of Avocado Oil to a mason jar
  2. Add the 1/4 Olive oil
  3. Add 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
  4. Add 1 TBSP of coconut nectar
  5. Add a pinch of salt, close the jar and shake well.
