Christmas schedule & important test kit dates

The Healthpath partner labs will be taking a break over Christmas, so here are a few dates for your diary.

Last order dates

To receive your test kit before the New Year, we encourage you to place your orders by midday on Wednesday 17 December 2025. As a result of busy Royal Mail services over the Christmas period, we expect some delays to our usual service.

Last return dates for samples

To ensure our labs safely receive your sample before Christmas, please post by Wednesday 10 December 2025. If you cannot post your sample by this date, please wait until Monday 5 January 2026 to collect and return your sample.

Christmas opening hours

Over Christmas there will also be changes to the hours of our Customer Services team:

• 25 – 26 December: Closed
• 29 – 31 December: 9am – 5:30pm
• 1 January: Closed
