Postal Disruptions
You may be aware of the continued Royal Mail strikes in the UK at present, with an increased number of strikes planned over the next month.

To ensure your sample arrives at the laboratory in good time during this difficult period, you have two options:
- Use ‘Tracked 24’ postage – our suggested option
Royal Mail says that parcels using Tracked 24, Special Delivery or Signed For will still be processed during strikes. We strongly recommend these options. - Use the existing 1st class service
Usually we ask customers to post Monday to Wednesday, on a non-strike day. However, some customers’ samples have unfortunately been delayed or lost in the days around a strike, so please do this at your own risk.
