Specialising in

Fiona has a particular interest in the following:

Our gut health affects so much more than our digestion. It's the cornerstone of all health—and a good place to start when addressing any condition.

From PCOS to PMS, more than 75% of women suffer from symptoms of hormonal imbalance. Tailored tweaks to diet and lifestyle can yield dramatic results.

The quality of our skin can profoundly affect our mood and our sense of wellbeing. An individualised, gut-centred approach can support a clear complexion.

Success stories

My digestion has vastly improved thanks to Fiona’s excellent nutrition programme. This has been truly life-changing for me, as my digestion has always been a problem.

I found Fiona incredible to work with. From initial contact, through to the weeks afterward working with her, it was really easy. I’d highly recommend Fiona—she backed up everything with the most up-to date-research in nutrition and Functional Medicine. More importantly I’m pain free and back being active.

Fiona has educated me around my targeted aspects of nutritional therapy (and more), which has empowered me to keep practising this in the future. I can't thank her enough.
