INGREDIENTS
1 Butternut Squash (chopped)
2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Yellow Onion (diced)
500 grams Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 Garlic (clove, crushed)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper (optional)
1 Apple (cored & chopped)
6 cups Kale Leaves (finely diced)
DIRECTIONS
01. Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium heat and saute the onion and garlic
until soft
02. Add the squash and apple and cook for 10 minutes until the squash is soft.
Push to the side of the pan. Add the turkey mince and cook until no longer pink.
03. Stir in the kale, season with salt and pepper and cook covered for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
