Sample Returns
The Healthpath partner labs will be taking a break over Christmas. To ensure that your samples arrive safely at our lab, please wait until Monday 5 January 2026 to collect and return your sample.
Christmas opening hours
Over Christmas there will also be changes to the hours of our Customer Services team:
- 25 – 26 December: Closed
- 29 – 31 December: 9am – 5:30pm
- 1 January: Closed
