Emma has over 30 years experience supporting individuals with their health and wellbeing, using different therapies from massage and aromatherapy to nutrition and hypnotherapy. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Bloating, constipation, cramps and diarrhoea, anxiety, worry, embarrassment - just some of the symptoms of IBS. Like many conditions, IBS can be made worse by stress. Hypnotherapy can reduce the stress levels that can affect your digestive system and exacerbate symptoms. Hypnosis can reduce stress chemicals, encouraging a rapid relief in symptoms, whilst re-teaching you to relax too. NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) recommends Hypnotherapy as a suitable intervention for IBS.

Anxiety

We all feel anxious from time to time. Some people feel nervous about an upcoming event, while others live with anxiety constantly in life. Anxiety can lead to fear, irritability and low self esteem or confidence and can manifest into many physical symptoms. Hypnotherapy can help to lower anxiety levels by understanding how the brain works, why it creates these feelings and creating new thought patterns that help us to move out of the negative mind set that created them.

Example

At the time of purchase, you will only be charged for the first payment. On the same day of the following month your card will be charged the second payment and so on for each remaining month of the purchase plan.

To be eligible, you must own a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card and have the entire amount of your purchase available on your card at the time of authorisation.

Debit cards have a maximum transaction value of £400 per transaction. If you require to spend over this amount, you may carry out two transactions. Credit cards have no maximum.
