Christmas schedule & important test kit dates

As a result of busy Royal Mail services over the Christmas period, we expect some delays to our usual service. Please wait until Friday 2 January to reach out to us if you have not received your test kit by then.

Sample Returns

The Healthpath partner labs will be taking a break over Christmas. To ensure that your samples arrive safely at our lab, please wait until Monday 5 January 2026 to collect and return your sample.

Christmas opening hours

Over Christmas there will also be changes to the hours of our Customer Services team:

• 25 – 26 December: Closed
• 29 – 31 December: 9am – 5:30pm
• 1 January: Closed
