The Healthpath team and our partner labs will be taking a break over Christmas, so here are a few dates for your diary.

Last return dates for samples

To ensure our labs safely receive your sample before Christmas, please post by Monday 18 December 2023.

If you cannot post your sample by this date, please wait until the labs re-open on 2 January 2024 to collect and return your sample.

Last order dates

Orders must be placed by midday on Wednesday 20 December 2023 to receive your test kit before Christmas.

Over the festive period test kits will continue to be despatched on working days, excluding bank holidays.

Christmas opening hours

• 25 – 26 December: Closed
• 27 – 29 December: 9am – 5:30pm
• 1 January: Closed

We’ll be back to usual working hours from 2 January 2024.
