Açai Bowl

Introducing the Açai Bowl, your new go-to for a light yet energising meal that’s bursting with the goodness of summer.

INGREDIENTS
2 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Honey
1 Banana (Frozen)
1 cup Frozen Berries
1 Avocado (small)
1 Kiwi (sliced)
350 mls Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup Almonds (chopped)
1/2 cup Blueberries (handful)
1/2 cup Strawberries (sliced)
2 tbsps Açai Powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Place banana, frozen berries, avocado, almond milk, honey and açai powder into a blender. Blend well until smooth.
2. Divide into bowls and top with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and almonds.
Enjoy!
