The Healthpath team and our partner labs will be taking a break throughout the Christmas period, so it’s important to be aware of the dates below.

When is the last date I should post my test back?

To ensure it is received by the lab before Christmas, please post your sample back by the following dates:

We will endeavour to return results to you within the usual working time frame, but please bear in mind that postage may take longer over the Christmas period. If in doubt, it’s best to wait to take your test.

I can’t send my test back before those dates, when should I return it?

If you cannot return your test kit by the dates listed above, please wait until the labs re-open on 4 January 2021 to collect and return your sample.

When is the last date I can place an order to receive it before Christmas?

To ensure your test or supplements arrive before Christmas, we recommend you place your order before 2pm on Friday 18 December.

When is the last date I can place an order to receive it before the new year?

Deliveries are sent first class via Royal Mail, though we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery you should place your orders by 2pm on the below dates for delivery before the end of the year:

You’re welcome to place orders at any time over the Christmas period. If you place an order after the dates above, most items will be sent out on the next available working day, with the exception of SIBO, Leaky Gut, Food Sensitivity and Adrenal Cortisol / DHEA test kits, which will be posted out on the 4 January 2021.

Example

At the time of purchase, you will only be charged for the first payment. On the same day of the following month your card will be charged the second payment and so on for each remaining month of the purchase plan.

To be eligible, you must own a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card and have the entire amount of your purchase available on your card at the time of authorisation.

Debit cards have a maximum transaction value of £400 per transaction. If you require to spend over this amount, you may carry out two transactions. Credit cards have no maximum.

Splitit works by pre-authorising you payment card and then splitting the payment down into monthly charges. There is no extra charge for this service.
